The mission of the THIRD MILLENNIUM PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCE INSTITUTE is founded on four multiply supported pillars; they are (1) numerous solid observational facts, (2) a new scientific taxonomy that comprehensively reorganizes the architecture of the principal disciplines of scientific knowledge, specifically, PHYSICS, MATHEMATICS, GEOMETRY, and BIOLOGY, (3) a broad set of fundamentally revised theoretical procedures that fuse (a) iron quantitative precision with (b) high complexity, and (4) the core concept of an OPTIMIZED COSMOLOGY.  This combined entity constitutes a new philosophically anchored paradigm.  The INSTITUTE is establishing five academic chairs, respectively representing HISTORY and PHILOSOPHY, PHYSICS, MATHEMATICS, BIOLOGY and ART HISTORY, and is engaged in three major applied areas that embrace ENERGY, HEALTH and NATIONAL SECURITY.
